Open up the kitchen

Take down the partition between the kitchen and dining area and run an island along the line. Check with HDB before hacking any wall; the household shelter walls can never be touched.

Turn bedroom 3 into a study

Widen the door to a 1.2 m sliding panel and fit a full-height shelf along the shared wall. It reads as part of the living room but can still be closed off.

Walk-in wardrobe for the master

Borrow 1 m from the master bedroom along the passage wall for a wardrobe walk-through into the master toilet.
