Release notes

What changed in each version, newest first. Quote the version number when you report a problem, so we know exactly what you were using.

  1. Version 1.4.0

    Latest
    • A new look that matches the AS United operations app, with a sidebar for Home, Library, Explore and Visualize.
    • New opens one dialog for every way to start: an AI floor plan, a takeoff from a drawing, 3D, video, a blank canvas, an upload or a template.
    • Describe a floor plan in plain words and Claude draws it, with Gemini answering if Claude is busy. Ask the AI panel in the editor for changes.
    • Plans are drawn like an architect's drawing: solid walls, clean door swings, windows set in the wall, furniture symbols, room names and dimension chains outside the plan.
    • Lines are sharp on high-resolution screens. They used to look soft and slightly off.
    • A library of walls, doors, windows and furniture grouped by room. Drag onto the plan or click to add; doors and windows snap into the wall.
    • A toolbar appears beside whatever is selected, for size, rotation, flipping, order, duplicate and delete.
    • Templates are now real Singapore layouts with walls, doors, windows and furniture, for HDB, condo, landed, office, F&B, retail and commercial premises, each with its own page.
    • Designs, Uploads, Favorites and Trash keep your work in this browser, and Inspiration shows the templates in other drawing styles.
    • Render, Video and 3D Model make still images, short clips and GLB models from any plan, in your browser.
    • Export to JPG, PDF and DXF as well as PNG, SVG, JSON and CSV, and switch units between m, cm, mm and ft.
    • A new home page, a How to use guide, and a pricing page that compares the plans feature by feature.
  2. Version 1.3.0

    • Describe a plan in words, typed or spoken, and have it drawn with every room sized and categorised.
    • Pick which vision model reads a drawing, including a local one on our own machine so nothing leaves the network.
    • Rooms loaded from a template now appear in the 3D view. Previously the 3D view showed an empty shell.
    • Interior and exterior walls are the same height in 3D, instead of interior walls towering over the rest.
    • Doors sit on the wall line, and the swing arc closes on the far jamb.
    • Doors and windows in a saved plan or a template are aligned to their wall when the plan opens.
    • The guide highlights the right thing at every step, and opens the panel a step refers to.
    • The template list and the templates themselves are cached, so a second visit opens straight away.
    • Loading now shows the editor taking shape rather than the word "Loading".
  3. Version 1.2.0

    • Progress claims. Tick the rooms finished this period, pick a colour and save. The first save is v1.
    • A claim the main contractor disputes can be reopened, corrected and saved as v1.1. The next period starts v2.
    • Rooms claimed in an earlier period stay locked and keep their colour.
    • Every saved claim keeps the whole plan as it was submitted, and can be reopened at any time.
    • A claim schedule can be downloaded as CSV, with each room, its area and the claim it was paid in.
    • The release number now shows in the status bar and on this page.
  4. Version 1.1.0

    • Drawing takeoff: PDF and image import, scale calibration, polygon area measurement.
    • AI-assisted room detection with a review step before rooms are accepted.
    • Billing panel with products per room, work types and a priced quotation.
    • Accounts, plans and billing through Stripe.
    • Export to PNG, SVG, JSON and CSV.
