How to use
The planner has a new layout. Here is how to get going, the two ways of working, and where each tool lives now.
Guided tour
Walks you through the real screens, from starting a plan to a priced quote. Thirteen short chapters, and you can start any one of them.
Getting started
- 1Click New at the top of the left menu to open the creation dialog.
- 2Pick an AI creation option to generate a plan, or a Manual design option to draw, upload a drawing or start from a template.
- 3Everything you make is saved under Designs. Drawings you upload are kept in Uploads, and anything you star is in Favorites.
Two ways to work
Both end with a measured plan you can export, render or price. Pick the one that matches what you start with.
AI workflow
ClaudeStart from a sentence and let the AI do the first draft.
Step 1
Describe the plan
Type what you need, for example “3-room HDB flat with an open kitchen and a household shelter”. Claude lays out the rooms at realistic sizes and the planner draws the walls, doors, windows and furniture.
Step 2
Refine it with AI
Open the AI tool in the editor and ask for changes in plain words, such as “make the master bedroom bigger” or “add a balcony off the living room”. Each change is one step you can undo.
Where: Editor, AI tool
Step 3
Adjust it by hand
Select a wall, room or piece of furniture to get the toolbar beside it: size, rotate, flip, duplicate or delete. Add more doors, windows and furniture from the Library.
Where: Editor, Select and Library tools
Step 4
Check it in 3D
Switch between 2D and 3D at the top of the editor, or open 3D Model to orbit the plan and export it as a GLB file.
Step 5
Render or film it
Render makes a still image in the interior style you choose. Video makes a short orbit or walk-through. Both run in your browser and save to Designs.
Where: Visualize, Render and Video
Step 6
Save and export
Save keeps the plan in Designs. Export gives you PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, DXF, JSON or CSV.
Where: Editor, Save and Export
Manual and takeoff workflow
Start from the drawing you already have and price it.
Step 1
Upload the drawing
Add the architect’s PDF or a photo of the printed plan. PDF, PNG, JPG and WebP files up to 50 MB work.
Step 2
Set the scale
Choose Calibrate, click both ends of a length you know, such as a dimension line or a door, and type its real length. Every measurement after that is to scale.
Where: Editor, Calibrate tool
Step 3
Trace the rooms
Draw over each room with the Room tool, or press Analyse in the Takeoff panel to detect them. Accept the detected rooms that are right and fix the rest.
Where: Editor, Room tool and Takeoff panel
Step 4
Check the quantities
The Takeoff panel lists each room with its floor, wall and waterproofing upturn areas, measured separately because a membrane priced on floor area alone comes out wrong.
Where: Editor, Takeoff
Step 5
Price it
Open Quote, choose the membrane and apply your rates, and the takeoff becomes a priced quotation with nothing typed in twice.
Where: Editor, Quote
Step 6
Claim progress
In Claims, tick the rooms finished this period and save. Each save is a version, so a disputed claim can be reopened and corrected as v1.1.
Where: Editor, Claims
No drawing? Choose New, then Blank canvas, and draw with the Wall, Room and Library tools, or open a template and change it.

Good to know
Your work stays in this browser
Designs and uploads are kept on this computer. Export a JSON copy to move a plan to another machine or to keep a backup.
Calibrate on the longest length you know
A small error on a short length grows across the whole plan. An overall dimension line is better than a door width.
The AI never sets a quantity
Areas come from the geometry on the plan. The AI only suggests room names and layouts, so a wrong label cannot change a number in a quotation.
Switch units at any time
Metres, centimetres, millimetres or feet, from the bottom bar. Every label and dimension follows.
